No pressure.

Just your dad, three strangers at the gas station, and a man in a lawn chair silently questioning how you were raised.

Some of the best life advice doesn’t come with a long speech.

Show up. Pull your weight. Learn something. And try not to become everybody else’s problem.

That’ll get you pretty far in life.

When Anthony shows up at the racetrack with something he 3D printed, he already knows, “Yep… we want that.”

This time he made us a carburetor cover with built-in spark plug holders AND valve cover block-offs — and after the 14 decided to give the entire engine bay a power steering fluid bath Saturday night, those little gadgets earned their keep REAL quick.

Sunday’s agenda was basically: degrease everything. Then degrease it again.

We appreciate Anthony with Smashers 121 for showing up week after week and somehow always coming up with something that makes race car life a little easier. If you’ve got an idea for something you need made, hit him up — apparently if we can dream it up, Anthony can print it.

Thanks for always taking care of us, Anthony Smashers by 121! 🏁

Another Saturday night in the books! 🏁

Tripp brought the #14 home 9th, Jake finished 10th in the #18 Bomber, and then jumped in the #26 Modified and finished 15th. Overall, a pretty dang good night!

The #14 decided power steering was optional. 😂 We busted a power steering hose, got it replaced before the feature… and it didn’t hold. So Tripp ran the feature with no power steering. We really think we could’ve hung up there with the pack a little better, but apparently we didn’t bring enough muscle for that. 😂

The #18 is still working through some of those newbie issues, but we’re learning a little more about it every week.

And Jake had an absolute blast in the #26! Huge thank you again to Kenny for trusting him enough to let him take it out there. He held his own, worked hard, stayed on the lead lap, and gained some really good experience behind the wheel.

More than anything, it was just a GOOD night. Good racing, good people and a whole lot of fun.

Thank you to all of our friends who keep showing up, our family who supports this crazy hobby week after week, and every sponsor and partner who helps us keep these cars on the track. We truly couldn’t do it without y’all.

And if you’ve been thinking about putting some advertising dollars behind a local race team… it’s not too late to join the crew! We still have races coming up October 10th and 17th, followed by the three-day Peach State race in November. Shoot us a message and we’d love to get your business on board for the rest of the season!

Still chasing Saturday nights. 🏁

Well… the ride home was peaceful.
Just kidding. Jake finished 10th. Tripp finished 9th. So naturally, there was absolutely NO unnecessary trash talk happening at our trailer last night.

And because apparently one race car wasn’t enough for Jake, he also jumped behind the wheel of Kenny’s modified and brought it home 15th, on the lead lap. First time wheeling a modified like that? We’ll absolutely take it.

Huge thank you to Kenny for trusting Jake with his car and giving him the chance to try something new. That’s one of those opportunities a 17-year-old racer won’t forget.

And to the people who keep showing up for this circus every single week — THANK YOU. The ones who make the drive, turn wrenches, stand in the pits, sit in the stands, haul stuff, help load up and somehow still show up smiling knowing good and well what they signed up for.

From our family and friends to every sponsor and partner who continues to open their wallets and support our questionable financial decisions… y’all are the reason we get to keep doing this on Saturday nights.

Jake P10 Tripp P9. Modified P15 on the lead lap.
Cars loaded. Everybody made it home.
Tripp has bragging rights for the next 14 days.

Unfortunately, we all have to live with him until then.

Jake’s pulling double duty tonight — the #18 in Bomber AND making his first laps in a Modified behind the wheel of Kenny’s #26.

When your buddy says, “You wanna drive it?” you don’t have to ask twice.

Big thanks to Kenny for trusting Jake with his car and giving him a shot.

Two cars. Two classes. One hell of a Saturday night. LET’S GO. 🏁

Wednesday night shop time. 🏁

After transmission issues on the #14 and carburetor trouble on the #18 last weekend, we’ve spent a little time this week getting both cars straightened out and ready to go.

Weather’s looking GOOD for Saturday, and we’re ready for another night at the track. If you ain’t got plans, come on out and watch us keep things interesting. 😂
