We’re on a mission to change the negative perception of the Car Dealership experience one person at a time!🔑🔑

It starts with our people💯! Car Dealerships are known to have extreme turnover. Why?

-Long hours🤪
-toxic environments 🥵
-lack of career paths and guidance🥲
-No accountability 🤦‍♂️
-Internal departments working against each other 😝
-Bad Leadership ☹️
-overall lack of appreciation for employees 😒

We’re very aware of these stereotypes and we use them as fuel daily to improve 💥

The last thing I ever wanted to do was to work at a car dealership when I was young.

Growing up at a dealership (we literally lived at the dealership for 6 years from 1983-1989), I watched my Father work all day and pretty much all night in the beginning. It wasn’t an option for me either if I wasn’t in school or playing a sport as I had to pitch in however I could. It’s what we had to do.

It was a very difficult decision for me when I initially decided to work there. 24 years later it has become one of the best decisions I ever made and I absolutely love what I do and the people I do it with. There’s no better business than the Car business!!

We are on a mission to change the negative perspectives associated with Car Dealerships. We are doing this by first treating our employees like people, helping them with career paths and providing them with the proper training to be as successful as possible. We believe by creating an upbeat positive culture that it will lead to positive client experiences as well.

We’re on pace to sell 422 cars this month which far exceeds our goal. Help me push our team towards their potential!
