Update on my car problems - Brian WILL NOT respond to my many messages, I've probably left at least 18 along with pictures and a video. The BBB has contacted him twice and he is also ignoring them. My car is STILL leaking and it's getting worse. Last night when I left work, my coolant reservoir was empty. I filled it up and put cardboard under my car when I got home. This morning the reservoir was empty again and there are leaks on the cardboard. I am taking my car back to my regular mechanic to have it pressure checked and finally fix this leak. Why Brian will not respond to me or the BBB is beyond my comprehension! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
$600 and 3 trips to Hellstrom and my car is still leaking. I've left about 6 messages with absolutely NO response from Brian! He is completely ignoring Me! I am not allowed to park in my company lot until this is fixed! DO NOT USE HELLSTROM! total scam and RIP off artists!!!
My car is still leaking and making noise and going into the mid range for overheating. Brian is ignoring me and not getting back to me about the problem! He ripped me off for $600+ and I still have the same problems that I paid him to fix! see my previous review! Beware - this guy just doesn't care!
