Got this 68 Camaro back in the shop. It's been given some love (primer) since it's been here. Now we're doing Dirac brakes all the way around and sub-frame connectors.

Nothing is too big of a project here at Car Chameleons. Here is a motor taken out of the car with internal damage. The motor will be tore down and the full extent of the problem figured out. Stay tuned!

After losing the shop I was working out of, I was scrambling on trying to figure out where and/or how I was going to keep things going. With bouncing some ideas off of friends, I decided to bring everything back home and revamp the garage. This truly has been a blessing in disguise!

Here at Car Chameleons we do engine work. Even on stock motors. This one happens to have a broken lifter. It's a 2015 Chevy and the dealer wanted to replace the whole motor and was booked for months. We're going to just fix what is wrong plus the common failure points. We'll have this back on the road for a lot less and way before it would've even seen the dealer.

After some long time off, I was finally productive this weekend. Made a new cam bearing driver off my lathe. I also got to help a customer with some of their car problems. I replaced both wheel bearings, both inner, and both outer tie rod ends. And on top of that, got a little bit of seat time in the camaro! Nothing like making up for lost time, lol.
