John was by far the best salesman! Absolute sweet heart and didn’t feel the need to sell me up or put me in something I didn’t want. He listened to what I wanted and all my concerns and took the time to explain my cars features. By far not a typical car salesman! I highly recommended using him if you go up to the dealership. ❤️❤️❤️
Well...a few weeks ago I RAVED about the customer service and buying my new RAM via text...shame on me for jumping the gun. The customer service from the finance department has been disappointing at best!!!

We had our Ram Truck serviced at Daytona Beach Dodge, Loretta Lambert was our advisor. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, a real pleasure to work with. Dodge needs to have more employees with her attitude.

I had my 2015 200c taken to daytona dodge due to the car not starting... i found that that model and year has a long history of starting problems. The tow truck driver arrived and checked out the car to deliver to dodge in Daytona and reported nothing out of the ordinary other than the car not starting... i got call from the service advisor and said my battery was dead.. and the new battery would be a $265.00 job. I called the next day to confirm the price and was told $365.00 becuase they would have to go through the wheel well to get to the battery . I resear hed that and they were lieing to me. There is no reason to go through the wheel well.i bought my own battery and went to Daytona dodge to replace it myself. I quickly realized after the battery change it was not the problem was not the battery at all. I let the service adivsor know and returned the batteries to their original spots. I got a call from the service a FEW DAYS later and was told that it was the starter and the bill would be around $500.00 to replace the starter. I then called the chrylser corp and they said Daytona dodge would not give me "good will" for the starter problem and they recommend that i take the car somewhere else. Which i did.. the car arrrived to the other dealership with a flat tire. So now they checked on the new starter and discovered there is A NATIONAL BACK ORDER on that part for that car.
I have the car back now and by the way the car started right away.. no battery problems!
So Daytona dodge charged me a $75.00 diagnostic fee misdiagnosed the problem popped my tire some how and to compensate me they offered 3 oil changes!
Sorry and i didn't mention that the service manager said she would call me back the day after i had the picked up and never did. I left 5 messages for her..
Oil change that how they want help me when i need a tire and am out of pocket for a diagnosis that was 100% incorrect.
