I purchased a new Tacoma TRD Sport from your facility. From the get go I was greeted with respect and kindness by Brett Thrower and those that trained him. Recently I had an incident (a positive one) where I had gotten a communications update to my trucks electronic package. Yesterday, March 31st..I had my appointment. I was greeted by Kelly Jordan at desk no7. She was cordial and terrific. Today, on April Fools no doubt I come to find out my wiring harness on my new beloved truck was chewed on by rodents. Kelly quickly took charge, made sure my truck got looked at ASAP and made the repairs along with the technician who stayed late to make sure the repairs were done. I wanted to make sure you were aware of the service these two folks provided me....a new customer, for life. I'm so grateful for having chosen Daytona Toyota for my new truck purchase. Again....kudos to Kelly Jordan and the technician who serviced my truck. Please make sure you acknowledge their efforts as well as all your Toyota team's hard work.

I was extremely impressed with the amazing service Rose gave me from beginning to end! WOW! She was phenomenal! Very attentive to all my needs and even went out of her way to offer me a courtesy loaner vehicle so I wasn’t late to work. I am extremely happy with the body shop service done to my car. Smoked deflectors look great! Definitely highly recommend! Amazing work!

I hate complain but today at Daytona Toyota service department has issues! I went there yesterday and got my tires filled with air and the manager told me to come back if there’s a problem. So this morning My tire light was on again.. I had a short day at work so I setup a appointment for 12:30. I was there at 12:20. When I got there I was told the computers were having issues and it would be fixed ASAP. TWO hours later I was told I needed to leave my car until Monday. My problem was waiting 2hours to be told that I need to leave my car. Please tell your service department to communicate with their customers let them know what’s going on I felt like the bad guy for complaining about not knowing what’s going on for waiting two hours. I’ve bought 5 cars there and don’t want to feel this way again. Kathleen Lingenfelter.
Although my original salesperson was no longer at the dealership when my vehicle came in I had a very pleasant experience with Brittany! She called me to let me know that my vehicle had arrived and I was able to pick it up. 😊 paperwork was done in a timely manner and within an hour & half or so I was out of the dealership in my new suv. 💕💕 Texted Brittany a few times after my purchase and she replied right back. Thanks Brittany!
I’ve only used Daytona Toyota since I bought my Kia Soul in 2915. Their service department can’t be beat. I really appreciate the great service that John Murray showed when I brought in my car yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation.
One of the worst lots i have ever dealt with, smartass arrogant people, the guy DJ in used cars has little man syndrome, how in the world do some of theae people get customer service jobs, is beyond me.
