Daytona Bike Giveaway 2014 Promo If you experience any difficulties with our website please let us know, The 2014 Daytona Bikegiveaway is getting closer by the day!

The 2014 Daytona Bikegiveaway is rapidly approaching and we need you more now than ever! As of this morning we had 144 registered volunteers. We still have quite a few shifts with only 3 or 4 registered for that shift. Wouldn't it be great if we had enough volunteers that we didn't have to cancel any of the shifts. Every shift cancelled represents hundreds who will not hear The Gospel!

Please pray about being a part of this event in 2014. We have extended the Early registration until Monday January 13th to help as best we can. WE DESPERATELY NEED YOU!

Thank you for those who have already registered...please tell all your F.A.I.T.H. Rider friends and let's brag on Jesus so loud in Daytona everyone will hear!

Volunteer registration for the 2014 Daytona Bikegiveaway is now open...come one come all! You don't want to miss this God opportunity! To register visit See you there.

Volunteer registration for the 2014 Daytona Bikegiveaway will officially open this Friday, Nov. 1st, 2014. God is blessing this event and we are seeing His hand on so many things already. We will have two booths this on Beach Street as in the past and an additional booth at the Racetrack so we need more volunteers than ever before. I promise you do not want to miss this...for more information go to the website,

It is 136 days 4 hours and 5 minutes til the 2014 Daytona Bikeweek Giveaway begins yet God is already mightily at work. We have secured a secondary booth space at the Racetrack for the first time and Pastor Howell just shared with me FBC Daytona will pay for all our housing and food needs! Unbelievable the doors God opening! We hope to begin volunteer registration November 1st so stay tuned to for updates and tons of information. Join us and begin praying for the 2014 event now!

We are getting geared up for the 2014 Daytona Bikegiveaway. Our annual Roundtable planning meeting is scheduled for October 8th and 9th, 2013. Volunteer registration will open soon after the Roundtable. Please pray for God's direction at the Roundtable so the decisions made will be His and not ours. God give us our best year yet in 2014!

Final results for the 2013 Sturgis Bikegiveaway from Garvon Golden the Executive Director of the Dakota Baptist Convention - We praise God for the opportunity to share the gospel at the Sturgis Bike Rally. This was our eighth year and God blessed with the opportunity to share the gospel with 2141 people and 178 of those individuals prayed to receive Christ. We trained 75 in how to share the gospel. And we gave the Harley to a woman from Torrington Wy. Thanks for your prayers and thanks for volunteers from your states. Please join us in prayer as we follow up on those who prayed to receive Christ.

The 2013 Daytona Bikegiveaway has come to a close with a bang! The winner of the 2013 Harley Davidson Road King is from Rhode Island and answered the phone when we called. He will be picking up the bike in a few days and then his name will be disclosed.

Congratulations to the bike winner but the reason we do the Bike Giveaway is for the opportunity to share with people that Jesus Christ died for our sins, was placed in a tomb, three days later rose from the dead and now sits at the right hand of God the Father as an advocate for you and me! In John 14:6 Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

We shared that message which was included in our volunteer's personal testimony with 3437 people. After hearing the life changing message 334 of those folks prayed to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior!

Thank you to all the volunteers from across the United States who sacrificed much to be a part of this unique and fantastic opportunity!

Thank you God for allowing us to share the greatest message mankind has ever heard or will ever hear!

Day 40 (March 8th) last day before DAYTONA!!!

Switch It On: “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Matthew 5:48

Crank It Up: The 1972 National Football League Miami Dolphins to date are the only NFL team to accomplish what many have called a “perfect” season. They won all 14 regular season games by a total score of 385-171. Proceeding to the playoffs they beat the Cleveland Browns 20-14 and the Pittsburgh Steelers 21-17. The season was completed with a victory over the Washington Redskins by a margin of 14-7 giving them a record for the season of 17 victories with no defeats thus resulting in the “perfect” season. While the Dolphins were undefeated and crowned Super Bowl Champs in 1972, their season was far from perfect. In week 5 of the season their start quarterback, Bob Griese, broke his ankle and was replaced for the remainder of the regular season by an aging quarterback named Earl Morrall. Bob Griese would return against the Steelers in a back up role before returning as a starter for Super Bowl VII. Interestingly the Dolphin defense was nicknamed the “no name defense.” The defense with the lack of famous players (then, not now) had a great season but you really can’t call it perfect. There were many penalties called on the defense and they even gave up 171 points during the regular season. Many have said the Dolphins played a weak schedule that year, therefore resulting in the “perfect” season! Their opponent’s winning percentage was a mere .396, not very impressive. Let’s be honest today, we all want to be perfect. No matter who we are or where we are, the desire to be perfect is there. Regardless of our actions we want to be perfect sons or daughters, perfect spouses, perfect parents, perfect in our careers, perfect deacons and even perfect preachers. We want to live perfect lives! God wants us to have abundant lives while we are here on earth. We will have moments of perfection, but a perfect life on this earth is not attainable according to scripture! As an example, Nicodemus was considered an outstanding man, very religious. Scripture doesn’t give us much to criticize him about, but Christ tells him in the book of John, “I assure you: Unless someone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Then and only then we will be “perfect!”

Put It In Gear:
1- Stay in the Race- Hebrews 12:1. Don’t let Satan get in the way of the plan God has for your life. God wants you to be successful…do your part!
2- Don’t fall into the world’s definition of perfection…understand your time on this earth will have ups and downs, but it is temporary. Keep your eyes on Jesus! Your perfection is guaranteed by the blood of Jesus Christ who died on the cross so we can have an eternal home with Him in heaven! God wins! Eternal perfection!

Prayer For The Open Road: Father, thank you for your Son Jesus Christ, through Him my perfection can be obtained. Father, please give me the perseverance, strength, courage and desire to follow the plan for my life you have set forth. God help me to tell a lost world about our Glorious Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen

Day 39 (March 7th)
Switch It On: “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be the sons of your Father in heaven. For He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. For if you love those who love you, what reward will you have? Don’t even tax collectors do the same? And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing out of the ordinary? Don’t even the Gentiles do the same?” Matthew 5:43-47

Crank It Up: Christ is giving us a principle that goes completely against our human nature. If we are honest with ourselves, when someone wrongs us our first instinct is to strike back, to go on the defensive. But Christ is telling us, no, that’s not what He expects of His followers. Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you! Have you ever tried to be mad at someone while you are praying for them? Hebrews 12:15 tell us not to let a root of bitterness spring up causing trouble and by it defiling many. Genuine prayer for someone who has hurt you will keep that bitterness from springing up. If you look closely at the end of these passages, I believe Christ is telling us it is easy to love someone who believes like you do and acts like you do, but the difficulty comes in trying to love someone who has hurt you or is different from you. What could you possibly do to show your love for someone? First, if they have wronged you forgive them. Second, tell them about what God has done for you and what He alone can do for them. Tell them they can never be good enough to make it to heaven alone or they can never be bad enough that Jesus can’t save them from an eternity in hell. Tell them the greatest story known to mankind of how Jesus Christ died on the cross to save them from their sins and give them eternal life. Not because of any sins that He committed, because He is the sinless Son of God, but because of my sins and yours and if they will repent, eternity with God can be theirs! That is how much God, their Creator, loves them. Daytona will give you an opportunity to share Christ like no other venue you have ever been in. God’s Word says He will give us the words at the very time we need them. Satan will be trying to tell you don’t do it, you might be rejected, you might be embarrassed, you might not be comfortable, but God is saying take a stand and shout The Good News! Will you be found faithful?

Put It In Gear:
1-Read Colossians 4:3-5 and pray continually for God to connect you with folks who have been prepared by The Holy Spirit to receive The Gospel. Pray now for their hearts and minds to be open. You will be amazed as God brings people under the tent He has specifically chosen long before that day to meet with you and allow you to point them to Him.
2-Pray and live out Hebrews 12:1. God has a plan (a race) for you! Don’t let your sin get in the way with what God wants to do through you at Daytona. Confess, repent and win souls for The Lord! “No One Left Behind”

Prayer For The Open Road: Father, forgive me of any sins that may inhibit the sharing of my testimony effectively and genuinely at Daytona. Father, I pray you would send souls to me which need to hear The Gospel and I pray you would give me the words to pierce their hearts. Amen
