This was my second time going to a car dealership trying to find my first car. The first place I went was in Leesburg, I felt unwanted and kind of pushed out the door almost. At Daytona Nissan tho, I had the pleasure of figuring out my first car with Larry. He was super polite, patient, and was more than willing to look into all my options since I am so indecisive. It was almost like an old friend was helping set me up with the best deal. Definitely recommend Daytona Nissan, and definitely recommend Larry!

Got 4 new tires and a LOF and right away noticed a big difference in the smoothness of my travels and better mileage, too.
Worst after purchase customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a 2015 Ford F250 in Sept 2020. I had questions about the extended warranty I purchased at time of vehicle purchase. I sent several emails, called several times (no one currently available to answer questions) and as of today 01/02/2021 no one from Daytona Nissan has responded to me. I had to go to another dealer to get my questions answered. The manager sent me an email asking how things went and I responded but again no one got back to me. The sale experience was fine but the after sale support leaves a lot to be desired.
I came in the other day for a recall on my aunts car. I wasn’t expecting to sit down with Eric & talk about getting a vehicle that would be mine. He was very professional, very polite, he did an awesome job on communicating with me about everything that I needed to know about financing my new car. I would definitely recommend Eric to anyone I know.
Mr. Garrison. I purchased a 2012 Kia Sorrento from you guys a little over a week ago and sold you two vehicles. The Kia had over 100,000 miles on it which I understand is not too bad for a Kia and the gentleman who sold them to me said that he would take care of anything in the drivetrain for 30 days and he would pay for half of it if we had a problem. Well it has a knock in the rear end and I called about it and he asked me to call service and set up an appointment which it was going to take them five days before they could see it. I go back-and-forth to Deland and I was not going to be sitting on the side of the road so I went up here to my local auto shop and they told me that it was a bad axle. I went ahead and had it fixed just for safety reasons. Before that Car left the dealership y’all supposedly had done an inspection on it and also had put new brakes on it. If a thorough inspection had been done they would’ve caught this axle and there is no way this car should’ve left that dealership with a bad rear axle on it. I am asking not only for half of it but for all of the bill that I had to pay out because this should have been caught before it left your dealership. There is no excuse for that not being caught after y’all had done other repairs on the car to get it fit to get on the road. Not very happy about this at all. I understand buying a used car please don’t get me wrong but I do also understand that Car should have been roadworthy and safe when it left your dealership. I look forward to hearing from you on how you handle letting an unsafe car leave the lot.
