Thank you for your patience as we've fallen behind with our customers. I've been dealing with some health concerns that have required my attention. Our customers' loyalty and understanding mean a great deal to me. I'm thrilled to have onboarded an exceptional team member who takes pride in their work, mirroring my own standards.
