15 years ago, Ruthie's Food Truck rolled out with a menu, a grill, and a whole lot of heart. Today we've grown more than we ever imagined, but every bite of gourmet grilled cheese, every fresh salad, every crispy tot, and every sip of coffee still comes from that heart we started with.
