We need some help in getting our daughter's car repaired. She had a problem with the steering column and brought it into your shop. The noise was repaired, however the steering wheel seems to be setting wrong. Also, after the car was returned, yesterday morning the car would not start. A mechanic came out to tow it and it cranked fine. This morning, the same thing happened. The car would not start again. All three of us tried to crank it. Your shop was spoken of highly and we brought the vehicle there based upon recommendations. She is phoning you all this morning in the hopes of getting this situation corrected. She can't afford for the car to be in and out of the shop. Would appreciate it if you can help her. Thank you.

When I am wrong, I will admit it! Dallas Auto Repair did work for my grandson and we thought he weren't treated faiirly Turns out, my grandson told him not to check for the problem and told him to fix what he thought was the problem., HOWEVER, we were treated more than fair. Jason Hulsey took the car back and of course, couldn't refund any of the money because of course, he used new parts and had to get paid for labor for what we thought was the problem. He didn't charge any more to correct the REAL problem. Good guy, he didn't have to do this! I definitely go to him for any problems I might have and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Dallas Auto Repair for treating us right!!! A lesson well learned by my grandson, Have them check for the real problem and not what we think is the problem. Thanks again, Jason.
Sorry to have to write this. However, my grandson took his car to you guys today. He was quoted 425.00 and was charged 460.00 when he picked it up. That was fine, if it was fixed. He didn't even get home before the engine light came on. Same problem he had prior to taking it to you all. He has to work tommow, therefore, he is borrowing our vehicle, and we will be bringing his Jeep back in the morning. I expect you all to take care of the problem. We were surprised to get it back in one day and when you all called, he was at work and was told my you all if he left another day, he would be charged 40.00 more dollars, therefore, we came with him to get his vehicle. Everyone recommended you all to us and we expect you to meet our expectation and in other words take care of the problem. He cannot his tag until you do. He had an extention and it is about up, so he needs his vehicle fixed and I feel like according to what everyone said, you will make good on your work. Thank you, we will see you in the morning.
