We arrived from England and picked up an Impala from Alamo at Atlanta airport. We had a problem with the GPS which we couldn’t fix ourselves partly because we didn’t realise there was no instruction manual with the car until we arrived in Jackson’s Gap. We called in to the dealership and Norma fixed the problem for us. It was a simple solution. If you had the manual. Norma couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and must be a great asset to the company. Geoff & Christine McCreedy
