My husband I had gone to another Ford dealership and were unable to find the vehicle we were looking for. From start to finish, our experience at Al Spitzer Ford was fantastic. Not only did we find the Ford Escape we were looking for, we were treated in a respectful and informative manner. All of our questions were answered in a transparent matter and we received a great deal on our escape. The staff was friendly, patient and listened to our requests to get us the vehicle we wanted. We didn’t feel pressured in any way. We will be returning to Al spitzer Ford for future vehicle purchases.
We miss our customers who normally come in for a car wash. We hope they stop in again so.
