The Nuvolari is out. At least the concept is. This could be the new R8 hybrid. Let’s see how we got there. First there was the concept with active areo. Very cool concept. Then AG sold about 100 R8 EV. Not much. But in 2022 they release the PB18 e-tron and as the R8 was getting old, many of hopes it would be the new R8. Sadly it was not meant to be. And so, 5 years later a “new R8” comes out, while the old 2025 car is still racing and winning in its GT3 EVO II form. Imagine that.
What do i think about the R8? It uses the Concept C language.. it’s not bad, it’s like Bauhaus evolved design. Not, will they announce a return to GT3 series? One can hope. One can hope.

Very few people do not realize how unique Audi racing heritage is. Dakar, DTM, GT3, LMP1, IMSA, Rally, TransAm, Touring Cars (B5), Speedworld Challenge (rs6) and the list goes on. But it’s not just the winning, it’s the domination, the record breaking performances, the whole nine yards. There are very few OEM that can make this claim. If any?
