Fast Track Home Detailing is now offering rental home deep cleans and maintenance inspections!
Here is a breakdown of what our company offers for monthly/quarterly inspections and cleanings:
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE WALK THROUGH INSPECTION COST:
First initial or quarterly inspections: $175.00
Monthly inspections: $125.00
MONTHLY INSPECTIONS INCLUDE:
*Test all water sources that they work properly without leaks
*Test all electrical sources that they work properly and replace any burnt out light bulbs (bulbs to be charged as an additional cost)
*Check all windows that they are in working order
*Check all appliances that they are in working order (turn on stove, run dishwasher, check fridge temperature)
*Check all kitchen hand appliances that they are in working order (plug in and run them)
*Check for adequate kitchen cookware (things tend to come up missing and makes hard for next renter)
*Check all stairs and handrails to ensure safety (if applicable)
*General walk through of condition of unit for repairs that may be needed at current time
*Make report of repairs that will be needed for preventive maintenance issue
*Take pictures and give full report of condition of unit as well as possible repairs needed
*Replacing reusable A/C filters
We recommend that you purchase 2 reusable A/C filters, the average cost per filter is $60, depending on size. This will save you hundreds of dollars and they will last for many years!
The first initial maintenance walk-through will include everything in the monthly except the filter replacement, as we would not have them yet.
All needed repairs will be sent in a report with pictures and written quotes. Repairs that need immediate attention for safety will be addressed with a phone call, a texted picture of repair and will be addressed before the next scheduled renter.
CLEANING:
Initial or quarterly deep cleaning $ .35 per sq ft
Monthly deep cleaning $ .22 per sq ft
DEEP CLEANING INCLUDES:
*Wash ALL bed coverings: bed sheets, comforters, shams, etc.
*Move ALL furniture to clean under and behind: Including stove, fridge and washer/dryer
*Clean windows inside and out
*Clean ALL ceiling fans, light fixtures and globes
*Clean upholstery where needed
*Clean ALL blinds
*Wipe out cabinets and drawers
*Arrange kitchen cabinets
*Wipe down ALL furniture
*Clean in and around toilets
*General overall cleaning of unit
Terms of payment can be made through a check, Cash App or Zelle. Payment will be due the Friday of the following week after the work has been performed.
