The 2019 National AND Northern series SCSCS Point Champion! The SUPER CUP STOCK CAR SERIES is a series made up of the former Hooters Pro Cup series from years past. The series has groomed several of the names associated with ARCA and NASCAR. Kevin has been a series regular for many years and has also piloted an ARCA series car as well. Great family that loves racing!

Awesome bunch of racers and very humble in their achievements. We are certainly proud to be associated with people and teams like this. Your wins and championship are well deserve my friends!

After the banquet on Saturday night, this season has officially sunk in. What a season. Going from being a top 5 car a hand full of times a year and having zero feature wins to having two wins, finishing in the top 5 pretty much every week and winning the championship. I couldn’t be more happy for this team. They have been behind me from the start, they believed in me through times of struggle and when we had little success. They never gave up on me and never lost confidence even when I was starting to lose it in myself. It means everything to me to have such great friends and family surrounding me and pushing me every week to do the best I can. First and foremost I want to thank Chuck/Bucket and my Mom, without them none of this would be possible. They knew this was a dream of mine since I was a little kid and together we made it come true. I want to thank everyone who supports this team.

Super Cup Stock Car Series

ONLY. FOUR. POINTS.

That's the separation between Kevin Kromer and Ron Langdon going into what is sure to be an incredible battle to the end for the 2019 Super Cup Stock Car Series championship at Dominion Raceway in Spotsylvania Virginia!

Kromer has the slight advantage, primarily given that in the event of a tie he would be the winner with more wins over the course of the year. Nevertheless, Langdon is riding a streak of 22 consecutive top 10 finishes that dates back to late in 2018. That record was previously held by none other than Kromer with a total of 19 from 2011 through 2014!

Who will take home the pinnacle of the series accolades? You'll have to find out on Saturday 10/5!

Congratulations to Brad Brightbill, his crew, and his family for being crowned the 2019 Grandview Speedway Sportsman Point Champion!

From suffering brake issues on opening night, a broken rocker arm (while leading no less) early in the season to broken shock mounts and flat tires at the end of the season, Brightbill was able to clinch the points a week earlier in this grueling and unusually long (very minimal rainouts) 2019 season. Usually starting from around the 15th starting spot every week, due to the handicapping rules, Brightbill was able to power to the front in his Leindecker Racing Engines iconic black and green #19 and take home 4 feature wins, numerous runner-ups, and finish in the top 5 almost every week.

Thank you for choosing Leindecker Racing Engines to power your ride and to help complete the consistent race winning combination you and your crew put together every single week!

Please read and help by copying and emailing this to the email below.

For those who don't know MCQMRC or "Phoenixville", as many people refer, has been home to and has groomed many of the talents you see racing modifieds and sprint cars today. The board runs the facility with the utmost professionalism and this, along with the dedication of the existing membership, provides the perfect atmosphere to teach our children the in's and out's of auto racing as well as good sportsmanship!

The loss of this facility would be tragic for the sport as a whole!

Still need your help! If your wife or husband hasn't, mom, dad or grandparent hasn't, or you haven't used that fake email that you use for the grocery store bonus card or the free kitchen remodel yet we need your help!

Montgomery County Quarter Midget Racing Club located at 920 Township Line Rd. Phoenixville, PA 19460

This is a letter of press release. Please consider publishing for our friends and neighbors of Phoenixville. Below is some history of our track.

We have been at our current location since 2002 -17 years. Before that, we were near Desanno Field since May 1962 – 40 years.

MCQMRC or as most people in racing call it “Phoenxiville” or “Pville” was started 64 years ago in 1955 as a club for kids and families to be able to race cars and enjoy time together. Thousands of kids ages 5 to 16 years old have been able to learn sportsmanship, self-esteem, and hard work over the years. Some of our drivers are third-generation family members that have raced here and others continue to race as adults throughout Pennsylvania and the United States.

Today, we are the largest and oldest quarter midget racing club in the country with over 330 members, 100 plus drivers, families and small businesses that support the greater Phoenixville area. We are part of USAC and our events have brought families from Florida, Arizona, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, New York, and all of the Mid-Atlantic states to race at Phoenixville. Also, our drivers have represented Phoenixville at tracks in Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and other states with many national title wins.

Pville supports the community by inviting everyone to attend races for free. We hosted the Phoenixville Boys & Girls Clubs earlier this year, we provide a scholarship fund for all drivers, we fund a scholarship in honor of one of our drivers that passed away from cancer, we host an annual year-end benefit race, and we attend many community outreach events. Recently we also provided parking space for the Phoenixville Firebird Festival.

However, the proposed Northern Relief Route road will probably cause our track to close after 64 years. The safety of the drivers, their brothers and sisters, and everyone at the track could be at risk with a road that close to the track. We are also not sure the track could be insured with a road that close. Without insurance for all drivers, members and guests, we would not be able to race.

Hopefully the solution for a road can be found without going through the track property, disrupting the residents of Fillmore Village, and affecting the safety of the students at Renaissance Academy.

Thank you for your time. Please contact me for further information.

Save Our Track

Long Post Alert!

First of all, thank you all very much for showing your support of our Club...of our kids...

Now, to preface this explanation, know up front that the club is in no danger due to leadership or any financial issues. So, to give you an idea of what is actually going on you must know the layout of our property.

MCQMRC is on the rear half of the property located at 920 Township Line Road, Phoenixville, PA, which is commonly referred to as the former Moose Lodge. In front of the property, to the West lies Township Line Road. To the South front half of the property is Northridge community and to the South rear half is an old dump site of Pollock. To the Northern front half is a private residence and to the Northern rear half is an approximate 12 acre untouched parcel. To our East, directly behind our trailer parking is the Schuylkill River Trail and just beyond the trail is Fillmore Village, where Ashburn Road would run right into our parking lot if it didn't intersect at a T (dead end) with the Schuylkill River Trail.

Whew...if you dont understand that...its ok...just goggle map search Ashburn Road, Phoenixville and you can see it all.

Now, to complicate things, situated directly between the track and the undeveloped parcel is an 80 foot right a way that there is some discrepancy as to who actually owns. Could be PennDOT, could be PECO, could be the borough, or a combination of the 3.

You can see the proposed development of several buildings on the property in a previous post. The proposed plan for this development shows the road at the southern most point of the 80 foot right a way. That is approximately 4 feet from our Club's tower.

Guess who is proposing the location for this new road? The developer of the proposed new plan, who happens to be the same person who developed Fillmore Village and left Ashburn Road come to a T just across the trail from our parking.

So in a nutshell, the developer of the property 80 feet North of our track wants to build a road (approximately 76 feet south of his property and within 4 feet of our tower) which also then cuts at an angle out front of our property and divides our property owner's front yard. The developer was awarded the bid to build the new road and will have several access points to the new development as well.

The location of the road is what will pose dangers to our children and those attending our events.

Winning Ways

Welcome to Leindecker Racing Engines, a professional builder of competition racing engines. Since 1996 we have quietly built a business that has a major focus on dirt and asphalt modifieds, late models and street stocks. We have also become well respected for building, machining, racing, dyno’ing, engineering, and modifying engines and components for use in many other forms of motorsports including drag racing, monster trucks, tractor pulls, and performance marine applications.

With study in engineering and machining technology, an understudy with some of the best engine builders of the day, a thorough understanding of valve timing (camshafts) and precision cylinder head and intake manifold preparation we have the experience to give you a race winning engine combination. Using nothing but the best parts available and attention to ALL the small details we provide you with the best power per dollar spent. With a complete in-house machine shop and engine dynamometer we are able to dictate and control the final product to provide you with the most usable power.

Our combinations have powered many to event wins, fast times, best of show, championships and many other notable mentions.
