How to Properly Install the Cap Frame on TAJIMA SAI 🧵✨

Ready to embroider on caps? Here is a step-by-step guide on how to set up the cap frame unit on the TAJIMA SAI compact embroidery machine!

💡 Step-by-Step Guide:
1 Secure the Ring Shaft: Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the screws firmly.
2 Slide the Unit: Slide the cap frame unit along the ring shaft until it is fully inserted.
3 Fasten the Screws: Align the screw holes on the sash with the holes on the frame, then tighten all 4 screws securely.
4 Final Check: Move the unit left and right to make sure there is no looseness and everything is properly fixed in place.

Ensuring a secure fit is the secret to preventing shifting and getting that perfect, crisp embroidery finish! 🧢👌
