This week we got this 2005 LLY Duramax back on the road.

We installed a set of PPE up-pipes along with a new passenger-side exhaust manifold. Anyone who’s worked on an LLY knows this isn’t a quick job, but we took our time and got it done right.

This 2011 Duramax came in with a coolant leak and a power steering leak.

After diagnosing the truck, we found the power steering leak was coming from a failed hydroboost unit. We pressure tested the cooling system and traced the coolant leak to a brittle factory heater hose fitting. We replaced it with an aluminum fitting for a more reliable, long-lasting repair.

A proper diagnosis saved this customer time, money, and unnecessary parts replacement.

Another one back on the road

This 2013 F250 came into to the shop with a major fuel leak. After diagnosing the issue, we found the it was a failed injector fuel return hose.
