We installed a mustang II front suspension setup on this old Ford. The customer had a specific motor he wanted to run so we made him a set of custom motor mounts to place it where it needed in the truck. As well as created a custom steering setup to be able to clear the headers, motor mount and everything that landed in the way.

We also got to do more updates to this clean 65 cutlass..... this time around, it got a complete wilwood brake setup to help pull in the track width a bit. We also did a nice vintage air heat and ac setup with a custom control mount in the glove box. Along with the ac we had to install a electric fan and custom aluminum fan shroud. This thing is almost complete, just a few more touches.

It's been a while since we've posted much because we have been busy keeping customer work moving. We're gonna try to catch up on some of the larger jobs like this Ls swap in this 1999 chevy truck. We did a nice clean driver setup with a 5.3/ 4l60e using a holley accessory setup. We also did a full front suspension setup to help narrow the front track width and handle a lot better with the new ride height.

We got a chance to diagnose this holley sniper setup and then clean up the wiring as well as help hide the sniper hyper spark setup on this clean old Ford truck.
We not only will install from scratch but will help diagnose and repair issues on finished vehicles. This customer had purchased this vehicle from out of state with this system already on it.

We had a chance to help get this clean 1959 GMC truck moving forward in the rebuild process. We were asked to help fix the front cradle that was installed incorrectly from a 70s camaro. So with that we had to cut the cradle completely loose and move it up and forward 1-1/2" to place it closer to factory location. And then we installed a transmission crossmember to finish setting the correct drive train angle and position. It is now ready for the owner to adjust the front suspension to his liking and get the drive train in it.

We got a chance the last couple of weeks, to help get some things done on a 1939 Nash Ambassador. We moved the motor back roughly 7" and made new motor mounts to allow for clearances up front. We added a rear shock upper mount along with fitted it with correct size shocks. And then we moved onto some rust repair, replacing the firewall as well as a couple sections of flooring that were rusted out. The car is now heading back to House of pearl for a lot more rust and body work.

We made some good progress on another big project car this week. This 2002 Bmw got a full custom air ride setup, with struts in the front and bags in the rear, and a airlift 3p setup to control it. This is just the first step on the long list for this build, so be on the lookout for more changes coming soon.

Another big project wrapped up here at the shop, this 1933 Wi***es was purchased as what was thought to be a close to "finished" car. But after the new owner got a chance to put a few miles on it, he quickly realized that was not the case.
We ended up doing a fat man mustang II front suspension with disk brakes, all new steering all the way to the steering wheel, new fuel cell and battery setup in the trunk along with a motorized trunk lid door. Then we moved to the engine bay where it already had a buick 3.8 v6 with a blower, so we added a holley super sniper efi, all new accessory brackets because nothing was fitting or aligned correctly. Then we finished off the build with a new vintage air ac setup. This car is definitely a one of a kind, be on the lookout for it hitting local shows all over the Columbus Ohio area.

We have a little more exciting news to finish off this week with.....
We are proud to announce that Hurst Locks are also now being sold at Vance Outdoors near Buckeye Lake, as well as A-1 Auto Parts Car Quest on route 79 near Buckeye Lake.

Vance Outdoors will be carrying our 2" Locks and our new straight tongue design to cover all the boating needs.

A-1 Auto Parts Car Quest will be carrying our entire line up, the new straight tongue, 2", 2-5/16", 4 pin removable tongue and 6 pin removable tongue for all the heavy equipment trailer needs.
