To Our Valued Customers:

Effective December 31, 2025, Eastern Truck & Trailer (ET&T) will be consolidating our Hebron shop location into our existing locations in Zanesville, OH and Obetz (Columbus), OH. Our highly qualified service technicians and staff will be transitioning to either one of these locations. This consolidation will enable us to provide more comprehensive services to accommodate all your equipment service needs. We will also be increasing our mobile service capabilities to better service your on-site requirements. ET&T will also continue to provide pick-up and delivery service to facilitate getting your equipment to and from the respective branch locations.

For over 20 years, Eastern Truck & Trailer has been proud to serve our customers from the Hebron shop, and we feel this move will enhance our ability to provide a more complete and better customer experience going forward. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to servicing your equipment needs in the future.

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the loss of a cherished member of our Eastern Truck & Trailer family, Mr. Chris Norviel.
Chris passed away unexpectedly, our hearts are heavy with grief at the loss of such a valued colleague and friend. Chris was more than just a co-worker — he was family. His dedication, kindness, and positive spirit left a lasting impression on everyone he worked with, from our team to our customers. Chris brought warmth and integrity to everything he did, and his presence brightened our days in countless ways. He will be deeply missed, but his impact on those who knew him will remain forever. Our deepest love, thoughts, and prayers go out to Chris’s family, friends, and loved ones during this very difficult time. He will always be a part of the Eastern Truck & Trailer family. ❤️

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the loss of a truly special member of our Eastern Truck & Trailer family, Ms. Laura Stein. Laura passed away this morning after a courageous battle with cancer. She was more than just a co-worker — she was family. Her warmth, laughter, and kindness touched every person she met, from our team to our customers. Laura faced every day with strength, grace, and a smile that could brighten even the toughest days. Her spirit and love for others will never be forgotten. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel, and while our hearts are broken, we are forever grateful for the time we had with her. Our deepest love and prayers go out to Laura’s family and loved ones during this difficult time. She will always be a part of the Eastern Truck & Trailer family. ❤️
