Open Position--Looking to Hire:

We are looking to fill a heavy diesel mechanic position.
-5 years Experience with Cummins QSX /ISX 15 and CAT 3406 / C13, Detroit, etc. required.

You will have to be able to complete full engine rebuilds, drivetrain repairs, by yourself and with the assistance of a MASTER TECH. A1-A9 and L1 certified Team.

Skills for using Manual Lathes and Milling Machines are a plus. HAAS CNC Machine controller control and operation are preferred.

We are looking for independent Tractor Trailer Service Facilities that are currently performing Compound Turbocharger Upgrades.

We are offering Holset and Borg-Warner / Garrett compressor impellers, turbines and CHRA upgrades.

Preferrably, the facility should have its own chassis dyno.

SIGMA Injection Pump Information and Shop Manuals

To Kick-Off 2018, we are happy to announce that after some three years of digging in archives in Germany / Europe NIAMA-REISSER has finally acquired the SIGMA Injection Pump Work Shop Manuals from the mid to late 20th century, after SIGMA had been acquired by BOSCH and the same closed the company after integrating its patented technology into its mechanical/radial injection pumps.

Specifically the models: RMS & RMX & RM, which are to this day widely used in the diesel performance arena. Some pumps costing more than $ 15,000.00/pump.

NIAMA-REISSER, LLC is not an injection pump repair shop thus, the documents are not really of any use to us directly, but since we design and manufacture SIGMA Pump parts- wholesale- they could come in useful for a third entity.

Turbocharger Compressor Housing Design: At Niama-Reisser, LLC we design, optimize complete turbocharger assemblies and or components. These pictures show design changes in the compressor housing scroll, to minimize recirculation while maximizing performance- boost, spool-up, CFM, etc.
Designing free-form geometries like compressor housings, compressor impellers, turbine impellers etc. are one of our expertise.
