TPR Media’s view of a special car at 2024 day 1…post 1 of 2.

We are so proud of this build, based on the joint TPR and DE5 Type S - featured with the new and to be released carbon fiber aero package (front lip, side skirts, rear diffuser, rear lip, and full hood).

It’s BEAUTIFUL and perfectly done - tasteful, classy, OEM+, and not overly done. Our key supporting partners who contributed: seat mounts and sliders for the Recaro Sportster GT seats, full alcantara center console, and DE5 subwoofer grille kit (original R&D kit installed).

This is our number one favorite aero kit we’ve seen so far. All others are just too much. The Seibon kit is perfect, a job well done 👌🏎️💥💨

We always love hearing from our clients 🙏

This is from a recent Acura DE4 Integra A-Spec client with the ELS/Panasonic system (same exact system as DE5 Type S). Steve Matsui did a wonderful, clean and meticulous installation of our Stage 1 kit packaged with the AudioControl Spike 8” subwoofer.

All of this can be said for our Stage 1 kit for the FK8 and FL5 just the same. Here’s an excerpt of his post in the Acura Integra group…

“…This kit takes the headache of choosing the right sub, how to mount, and how to blend the install into car. There are other subs out there that will work with the factory box - the sensitivity (dB per watt) is not great for the 30 or so other ones I looked at. The one other sub I would have considered using is the JBL 8” Arena, but the sub is about an inch and a half deeper than the Audiocontrol one that comes with the kit and may have interference issues. If you think you can do better than Palindrome Labs, go for it, but it was evident everything that was included in this kit was well thought out.

Sound bites aside, the kit improved the sound system for the Integra by cleaning up the bass. Before the upgrade, the system’s bass would start distorting above 14 volume. After the upgrade, I can take the volume up past 20 with room for more. The included Audio Control SPK-8S2 8” subwoofer works very well with the factory amp.

Overall, I am happy with the purchase and install because it helped me achieve my goals with the sound system for the car...”

We’re always happy to see our clients send/post their installs. This is David-Mary Richmond’s DE5 beautiful job using his favorite Alpine R2 dual voice coil sub, a sub we also love and have used in sealed enclosures effectively. Great work and thanks for showing 🙏
