Here’s a look behind the scenes at what goes into adding HomeLink to a Tesla Model Y. ⚡️

It might look simple when everything is buttoned back up, but there’s a little more involved behind the scenes—removing the necessary panels, installing and securing the HomeLink module, routing everything correctly, and making sure the system is functioning as it should.

Once installed, HomeLink gives you built-in garage door control right through the Tesla, so there’s no need for a separate remote hanging from the visor.
