Had another service call about customers furnace not working, get there and started checking to see what the issue was and after talking with customer as to last time furnace was cleaned

This just solidified as to why you need to have your furnace,AC units cleaned on a regular basis..

Once I pulled unit out and started the cleaning of exterior and I side the burner, fan motor, reinstalled and worked as it should be along with working more efficiently.

Glad to be able to get customer back up and running with good heat along with replaced the flush valve on her toilet, so no leaks.

Well we are now into February and it's still bitter cold at night, so make sure your water lines are wrapped with heat tape or a heated hose along with making sure the underside of your units are sealed up to keep unwanted cold air getting in.

So even though I'm technically closed during the winter months here in Michigan I still get a few calls from the traveling workers for issue's such as this furnace stopped working, did a look over and pulled it for a Good cleaning to start with as you can see. Once cleaned off it worked just fine.

This is a good reminder to have your furnace cleaned regularly especially if you have pets.

Just a huge shoutout to all the great customers I have along with the new ones this season's its been very busy, Which is a good thing.

I'm officially closed for the winter untill April 2026. Wishing all safe travels and looking forward to another busy season in 2026.

Hello campers, Just dropping some recent info on rv parking spots when out on the roads, Talked with the manager at the Loves location in Bridgeport,Mi and they have 4 site as of now with Electric,Water (NO SEWER) at this time but the TA down the street has a sewage dump station. Average cost is $50-per night or you can get up to 2 weeks stay if needed, he did say a traveling workers did talk with them and got a 4 month stay but might have to switch to another site just temporary. Be sure to get on the loves website for further information which also links to the camping life website.
