The 1967 GTO parts are starting to roll in, now that the repairs are done on the frame it’s time to start mocking up the aftermarket parts.

First was mocking up the kit for the rear adjustable QA1 coil overs. This gives us a better way to mount them, versus using the factory location of the shock which isn’t designed for a coil over.

Second is reinforcing the front lower control arms for the adjustable QA1 coil overs. I laminated 1/8” plate and welded/blended into the original control arms from the underside so it can maintain its original appearance.

Next up will be coating the inner frame rails, blasting, and finally refinishing the frame and components to get this frame rolling once again.
