STEM will be closed Friday August 16th for a self-proclaimed STEM Staff Appreciation Day. Calls, texts, emails, online requests, and telegraphs will be responded to on Monday.
This day is designed to benefit the staff, but here are some recent changes designed to benefit our customer community:
-All 3 of us now have NY inspection licenses, allowing us to schedule inspections much sooner.
-We now donate $0.05 per gallon gas pumped to local Clarence cub scouts.
-We’ve been routinely Tesla training using factory service manuals, tools, and dissecting my wife’s Tesla. We can absolutely fix EVs and hybrids.
-We’ve made a number of nerdy software improvements that help our work flow and internal communication.
We still offer mobile services for auto and small engine. The wait time for an appointment is longer and the cost is more than in-shop, but we plan to continue this offering because it’s just so convenient if you can plan ahead. We adjust mobile availability as demand changes to minimize waits for all appointments. If you have a more critical need, please let us know. We do not work later hours or weekends because we have families, but have tow options and can reach out if there’s a cancellation.
We can’t please everyone every time, but are really good at solving problems and we love helping people.
