Preventative upgrades that pay off.

We recently installed a Banks Monster-Ram on a Ram 4500 6.7L Cummins. This upgrade eliminates the problematic factory grid heater, removing a well-known failure point where the factory retaining nut can corrode or come loose and potentially be ingested by the engine, leading to catastrophic engine damage.

We also installed a PPE deep transmission pan, increasing transmission fluid capacity to help reduce operating temperatures and improve transmission performance and reliability, especially while towing or working under heavy loads.

Today, we celebrate 250 years of the greatest nation on Earth—a country built on courage, sacrifice, faith, and the God-given freedoms we cherish every day.

As we gather with our families, fire up the grill, watch the fireworks, and continue traditions passed down through generations, we’re reminded that our freedom came at a great cost. We honor the brave men and women who have defended this nation, and above all, we thank Jesus Christ, whose sacrifice on the cross offers the greatest freedom of all.

Another major repair back in the field! 🚜

We recently completed a full transmission overhaul on a New Holland TD 50-50 after a failed forward synchronizer caused catastrophic damage inside the main gearbox. The synchronizer came apart, sending debris throughout the transmission and damaging multiple internal components.

Our team completely rebuilt the transmission, replacing all damaged parts and restoring it to proper operating condition. Since the tractor was already split, we also installed a brand-new clutch to save the customer future downtime and labor costs.

No matter the size of the repair, we’re committed to getting your equipment back to work with quality workmanship and dependable service.

We want to give a well-deserved shout-out to Charlie for the hard work and dedication he’s shown since joining American Force Field Service earlier this year.

Charlie has made tremendous progress in a short amount of time and continues to prove himself every day. He takes on many of our medium- and light-duty engine swaps, along with just about anything else we throw his way. Another machine back in service!

American Force Field Service was called out to diagnose an issue with the final drive motor on a Takeuchi TL8 skid loader. After inspecting the machine and confirming the problem, the customer decided to move forward with replacing the final drive.

We got the repair knocked out, verified operation, and had the customer’s machine back up and running.
