Just a quick reminder to everyone who uses Zippy’s Car Wash.
I completely understand that this is a car wash and things are going to get dirty. I certainly don’t expect the bays to stay spotless all day long. Mud, dirt, salt, etc. are all part of the business.
That being said, I do ask that everyone please have a little respect for the property and try to leave the bay somewhat close to the condition you found it in. What’s pictured here isn’t just a little dirt left on the floor. Mud and debris were sprayed all over the walls, signs, and coin box.
I do my best to keep the wash clean and presentable, but unfortunately I can’t be there to clean the bay between every single customer. When the next person pulls in and sees the wash looking like this, they don’t know that it just happened. It simply looks like the property isn’t being maintained, and ultimately that reflects poorly on my business and on me.
I’m not asking anyone to clean the bay after washing their vehicle or expecting it to be perfect. I’m just asking everyone to use a little common courtesy. If you make an excessive mess, please take an extra minute to rinse it down rather than spraying it all over the walls and equipment.
I really appreciate the overwhelming majority of customers who take care of the property and treat it with respect. It makes a bigger difference than you probably realize.
