GHGC VOLUNTEER WORK DAY

Hello to all of our loyal & supportive Green Hills Golf Course members and patrons.

Last night, you received my Monday weekend report and it included a message from Todd Rodenberg, our Course Improvement Committee Chairman, and from Ryan Manselle, our Great Life Regional Manager. It also indicated that there will be a "Volunteer Work Day" coming up.

Well, I just received word from Chairman Rodenberg, that the "Volunteer Work Day" will be next week on MONDAY, October. 12th.

Chairman Rodenberg asked that all volunteers report in front of the GHGC Maintenance Building at 9:00 a.m. sharp.

I will have a sign-up sheet on the bar at the golf course tomorrow morning. Chairman Rodenberg would like for our volunteers to come in and sign-up for whatever work activity you would like.

On Monday, bring whatever work-related items you might want to use -- Keith will have others for those who need them.

Hoping to see you on Monday, Oct. 12th at 9:00 a.m. -- and please SPREAD THE WORD to others -- we need LOTS of help.

2020 GHGC RATES

The new 2020 Golf Rates for Green Hills Golf Course have just been released.
You will see an attachment below that has our four classifications and their monthly rates. Please remember that all contracts are for the 12 months in our fiscal year, which is April 1st thru March 31st.
To help you out, the annual rates are as follows:
* Single Adult Golf Only = $660
* Family Golf Only = $1,140
* Single Student (

GHGC NEWS

GHGC CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP
Our annual GHGC Club Championship will be played next weekend, on Saturday, October 27th and Sunday, October 28th.
This tournament is a 36-hole individual stroke-play golf tournament. All participants my play via tee-times both days starting at 9:00 in the morning, with the last tee-time being 11:00 on Saturday and 12:00-noon on Sunday. There is NO ENTRY FEE for this tournament -- we are playing only for GHGC bragging rights.
Golfers need to contact the GHGC Clubhouse to get registered -- the deadline is on Friday, at 12:00-noon.

OCTOBER SPECIALS
GHGC and Great Life has a couple of golf specials going on now through October 31st (see the attached flyers).
Special #1 -- Non-members can now play at our "twilight rate" starting at 12:00-noon. But golfers must present the attached flyer in order to redeem the special.
This special is valid at all Great Life KC public golf courses through October 31st.
Special #2 -- Non-members can also choose to play in a 4-some and pay whatever the projected high temperature is to be that day. But you must be in a 4-some. And keep in mind that the temperature must be at least 40-degrees before we allow golfers out.
This special is good at Hail Ridge, Eagle Knoll, and GHGC until October 28th.
