Customer brought it in after mice chewed up multiple wires causing electrical issues. After repairing the damaged wiring, I did a full inspection and found even more problems hiding underneath — the belt cover had a hole in it, the secondary clutch bolt was completely missing, the secondary clutch itself was cracked, and the drive belt was heavily worn.

Completed repairs included:
✔️ Wiring repair
✔️ New secondary clutch
✔️ New clutch retaining bolt
✔️ New drive belt
✔️ New belt cover

Always pays to inspect things thoroughly — catching these issues now likely saved this machine from a much bigger failure later on. 💪🔧

🔧🚗 2015 Chrysler 200S Repair

Customer came in with the Check Engine Light on ⚠️

Hooked up the scanner and found P0128 – Engine not reaching proper operating temperature 🌡️

The thermostat had failed and was stuck open.

✅ Replaced thermostat
✅ Verified engine reaches proper temp
✅ Cleared the code and tested operation

Another vehicle fixed and back on the road running right 💪🔧

🚨🔧 2009 Club Car Precedent — No Start to Ready to Roll 🔧🚨
This cart came in no-crank / no-start after sitting for an extended period. We diagnosed and repaired the issue with a new OEM MCOR/TPS pedal assembly ✅ and installed a new battery 🔋 after the original was fully discharged.

To make sure it was reliable and road-ready, we completed a full service 🛠️:

This vehicle was initially scheduled for a right low-beam headlight concern. As a best practice, both left and right headlight bulbs were replaced to ensure proper illumination and uniform performance.

Prior to arrival, the vehicle experienced a no-start condition and was towed in. A thorough diagnostic confirmed a failed starter, which was replaced with an OE equivalent starter.

The vehicle was fully tested, verified, and returned to service — starting and operating as designed.
