The 2027 Speed UTV Sand Edition testing at Hero Base facility in Alxa has been off the chart! This is in Tengger Desert near Alxa (Alashan), Inner Mongolia.

We’ve spent countless hours of testing and thrashing the Sand Edition cars in the dunes pushing these cars harder than ever, and I’m incredibly excited about what we’re seeing. Every day we’re learning, improving, and making the 2027 Sand Edition even better.

I truly believe these will be the best sand cars we’ve ever built. Stay tuned… we’ve got some exciting things coming.

This weekend marks the official launch of Speed Kentucky, our new Speed UTV dealer and distribution partnership. We’ve been working toward this for a long time, and it’s exciting to finally bring it to life.

Decided to play some Hydro Plane UTV in Coos Bay with the Speed Utv Bandit

I’ve always said we were about a decade ahead of our time when we brought Stadium Super Trucks to Coronado during SpeedFest in 2014 and 2015.

Back then, we proved that racing trucks on a temporary street circuit in front of packed grandstands could create an incredible show for fans. The jumps, the action, and the accessibility made it something completely different from traditional motorsports.

Watching this weekend’s event reminds me how much fun it would have been to bring the trucks back and put on another show. I wish NASCAR would have allowed us to come out and play this weekend.

Sometimes being first means people don’t fully appreciate the vision until years later. Looking back, I still believe we were about ten years ahead of the curve.
