Speed UTV is looking for Norra 1000 Race Technicians, Service, and Mechanical technicians to join our Speed UTV team. This position is located in Anaheim California. Occasional Travel to Lake Havasu City and to Events and Races in USA and Mexico.

Role:
• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair vehicle mechanical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance using hand and/or power tools and specialty tools.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections, test drive vehicles.
• Perform vehicle troubleshooting, quality validation and testing
• Work efficiently with a team of technicians, fabricators, and engineers
• Critical thinking skills to work without explicit instruction of workbooks
• Create and develop and follow service and maintenance documents
• Build processes for standard operating procedures, documenting issues and identifying areas of improvement
• Keep a professional appearance with a clean and organized shop
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and diligence

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with servicing and repairing vehicles.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and engineering schematics
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and efficient
• Work safely around moving equipment, power tools, and industrial vehicles
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
• Have excellent communication, problem-solving, and computer skills including excel, word and PowerPoint.
• Associate’s degree, technician degree, certification of equivalent work in Automotive, or related technical field strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (CDL is a plus)
• Forklift operator certification is a plus.

Advantageous:
• Off road/motorsports experience
Salary is based on experience.
