Working on getting some transmission building setup with time. This one was hacked together by another shop ripped rhe guy off bad. Rtv pump seal torn direct piston seal reused 2nd gear band warped direct drum. Cracked overdrive snap ring because it was reused. Ruined input shaft due to the destroyed clutch pack from the bad seal. 2000 miles since the rebuild and the shop wouldn’t honor a warranty at all. Opted to sell it for a core and purchase a used unit to sell the truck with.

Got this dodge shifting great again and running 40 degrees cooler trans temps. Installed a Kingspeed race fab deep pan and Mishimoto trans cooler. Also got rid of the factory heat exchanger and installed new braided AN lines. While it was getting serviced we adjusted the bands to keep it shifting properly long into the future. Ran the lines nice and neat and tied them up properly so they won’t rub anything. If you want to get your transmission adjusted and serviced or add more cooling let us know!

Got this 2014 Dodge 2500 road worthy again. The outer banks finally took a toll. Originally was just doing the u joints and new hubs. Upon pulling the axle shafts found failed inner axle seals. The fluid once drained showed it had been getting water intrusion into the differential. Got a new AAM CAD actuator as well due to poor and intermittent 4x4 engagement. Got new Spicer u joints and Timken hubs. New oem AAM axle seals and fresh diff fluid front and rear and diff cover gaskets. Also verified both axle vent tubes were not clogged and open. Ready to go beach riding again issue free this go round.

Set this 350,000 mile Cummins up with some new go fast parts. Full Manton top end setup. 110lb springs retainers and keepers billet bridges and 7/16 heavy wall pushrods. We also added ARP rocker studs to make sure it doesn’t want to move around at 5000rpm. As shown in the photo the factory rocker tips had failed loosing the plastic clip off the rocker tip. This issue has been repaired on the newer style 6.7 rockers as well as better oiling supply. So it got new 6.7 updated rockers to get rid of the plastic outdated failure prone rockers. It also got a steed speed manifold with stainless studs and a fleece 63mm cheetah charger and new drain and feed line setup. Next step tuning to spin it to 5000rpm and add fuel. We also did the head studs in the truck back in 2014 and they are still holding strong.

Some of the stuff lately. Leaf spring replacement on a International. Upgraded valvesprings and new valve seals on a Chevy 5.3. Waterpump on a Nissan forklift. Kingpin bushings on another international. Drill and extract a 5/32 bolt in a steering column with next to no visibility of the bolt. Drill out and repair torn threads on a 10 speed trans slave cylinder bolt holes. Remove and install new balljoints on a Kawasaki utv. Repacked a steer cylinder on a cat forklift. Plenty of other stuff we don’t only do diesel stuff.

Going from Toyota trucks to forklifts yep we do hydraulics and equipment also. This forklift needed the spool valves overhauled as well as extensive steer axle repairs. Got it all sorted and stacking pallets again. Completely rebuilt the axle minus new hubcaps. Re packed the steering cylinder. Changed the fluids and filters. Got the spool valve rebuilt leak free.

Some more work making a Toyota great again. Customers truck had shaking around 45-55mph. Found the SPC upper balljoints were worn out ordered new ones and got them installed. Also did the East coast gear supply bushing upgrade on the front diff. Both differentials also got serviced. Just needs new front tires and an alignment now to be ready to roll.

Little change of pace. Eibach lift kit installed and removed the problematic factory needle bearing in the differential....

Sunday is our Monday. Little trip on 85 to get this companies rig ready to go tomorrow. New mirror glass and fixed the carabiner and tightened the bolt left loose by someone previous. No repair to small give us a call!
