During today's survey on a 1999 Larson 270 Cabrio, a numerous amount of wire nuts were found. They cannot reliably withstand the constant vibration, moisture, and flexible stranded wiring found on boats, and do not comply with ABYC E-11 standards. All electrical connections must be either crimped or soldered.
