Emotional Intelligences 2/4 part S.E.E.C series....

We started with self with our Self-Awareness episode last week, we dove into Emotional Intelligence today, slowly going outward to becoming a better leader/manager, parent and/or spouse.

Next week, we go into Empathy, helping us to relate, communicate, understand our employees, clients, children, spouse, family and friends.
