Tumlinson Electric held our annual Leadership Retreat this past weekend at Lost Pines Resort. The weekend included department breakout meetings and group motivational speakers, along with time to enjoy everything onsite: the lazy river, co****le, raffle games and walks along the Colorado River.

Tumlinson Electric is currently hiring a qualified warehouse worker/delivery driver. We are seeking a qualified individual who has a desire to work every day.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Receive and process company tool inventory and materials.
• Prepare tools and materials for distribution to project jobsites.
• Loading orders onto trucks and trailers, prepare for transport.
• Load trucks in a timely manner.
• Ability to learn and utilize company tool inventory and management program.
• Store and organize inventory in warehouse.
• Set up and put away job equipment.
• Assist in the cleaning of tools, equipment and work areas.
• Timely delivery of tools and job related material to construction sites throughout central Texas. (Company provided vehicle)
• Experience in pulling and transporting trailers.
• Report any unsafe condition, accident or injury to supervisor.
• Performs any other duties from time to time as may be assigned by supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and field supervision.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet the company auto and driving requirements, possess and maintain a good driving record.
• Practice Safe Work Procedures as Outlined in Tumlinson Electric’s Safety Policy.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Variable work environment; work is conducted both indoors and outdoors with varying environmental conditions.
• Appearance at all times must represent TE image.
• Office may have fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
• Noise level is usually low to medium.
• Occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
• Exposure to the environments of customer facilities.
• Perform physical labor up to 8 hours a day.
