Affordable Auto Diesel Repairs (AADR)

💰 $15–$42/hour — dependent upon experience & skill level
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
📅 Occasional weekends
🔧 Minimum 5 YEARS professional mechanic experience REQUIRED
🚚 Must be comfortable with BOTH mobile and shop repair services

We're looking for an experienced, dependable technician and problem solver — not a parts changer.

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should have experience with:

• Gasoline & diesel vehicles
• Electric/hybrid vehicles
• Heavy-duty trucks and/or heavy equipment
• Advanced diagnostics & troubleshooting
• Automotive electrical systems
• Wiring diagrams, multimeters & scan tools
• Mechanical and drivability repairs
• Mobile diagnostics and repairs

THE RIGHT PERSON IS:

✓ Reliable — shows up as scheduled and follows through
✓ Honest & trustworthy
✓ A strong problem solver who finds the cause, not just the symptom
✓ Able to manage time and multiple jobs efficiently
✓ Self-motivated and able to work independently
✓ Accountable for the quality of their work
✓ Professional when interacting with customers
✓ Comfortable working at customer locations for mobile service calls

9. Do you have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation?
10. Why are you leaving, or why did you leave, your most recent mechanic position?

🚨 LET’S TALK ABOUT BRAKES — AND THE $40 “BRAKE JOB.” 🚨

I’m gonna say something that some people aren’t going to like…

There is a BIG damn difference between a $40 brake job and a REAL brake job.

If your idea of a brake job is throwing pads on it and sending you down the road, that ain’t a brake job. That’s a shortcut.

At our shop, the DETAILS MATTER.

🛠️ We clean the hub face.
🛠️ We properly clean and grease the slide pins.
🛠️ We inspect the components instead of just blindly replacing parts.
🛠️ We take the time to do the job RIGHT.

Because when you step on that brake pedal, you don't get a second chance to stop.
