Quality control is taken very seriously around here. I don’t recommend using your new handrail for handstands but I do build them to be incredibly solid, safe, and lasting.

Handrails go largely unnoticed by the public but the work that goes into them may surprise you. Many of them are made and welded by at the location while some are built through measurements taken on site and finished back in the shop.

A rotary welding table isn’t necessary, but it helps.

Steering shaft for the Z welded and drilled for a press fit pin as a backup. Probably overkill but I’ll sleep good at night about it.

Customer needed me to come up with an easier way of getting on & off his mower. Added a step and handle utilizing factory bolt holes for the step. Much easier for the old feller now.
