Are you ready to take charge of your own operation with the freedom to set your schedule? Cruze Scooters is looking for a dedicated Fleet Manager to lead our Cape Coral | Fort Myers operations. This isn’t just a job; it’s a one-person show where you’ll have the autonomy to manage like a franchisee, but without putting up any capital.

Role & Responsibilities:

Battery Management: Handle the charging and maintenance of our scooter fleet, ensuring they’re always ready for riders.

Customer Service: Address customer complaints and technical issues, making sure every rider has a great experience.

Scooter Retrieval: Track down and return scooters left outside designated parking areas, keeping our service running smoothly.

Local Networking: Build relationships with local business owners, create partnerships, and develop creative marketing campaigns.

Sponsorships & Events: Identify local teams to sponsor and plan community events to promote Cruze Scooters.

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations independently, with the flexibility to set your schedule.
