We are officially accepting vendors for the 2nd Annual Nutcracker Christmas Market in partnership with the Northeast Florida Fair - Callahan, FL.

• 10x10 Space: $40
• (2) 10x10 Spaces: $70
• Trailers: $50

🚗 Vendors can park directly behind booths for easier setup.

Yall this is so surreal! Like how am I not in the trailer right now but it’s at Winn Dixie working! 😭

I’m not quite sure what to do with myself so I’ll just be over here a little teary eyed painting the inside of trailer #2 and approving vendors for The 2nd Annual Nutcracker Christmas Market!

This little dream has grown bigger than I ever imagined and it’s all because of YOU showing up for us week after week. ❤️

Today is the day! My first day out of the trailer! Whew y’all!

Do me a favor and stop by the Callahan Winn Dixie parking lot from 2-6pm and grab your weekend fix! Our employees are all trained up and ready to serve you!

While you won’t see me today, I’ll be hard at work on trailer #2 making big things happen behind the scenes. This all wouldn’t be possible without each and every one of you supporting this crazy dream of mine, and I’ll never be able to thank y’all enough for it! ❤️

Also… peep the new menu! 👀 Soon the decals will be printed, the new menu will be up on trailer #2, and the original trailer will be getting an update too! We are growing y’all, and it’s because of YOU! 🥜

Last year’s turnout was absolutely incredible, and we’re proud to announce this is now becoming a yearly tradition for our community!

We’re even more excited to share that this year we have partnered with the Northeast Florida Fair - Callahan, FL to make it bigger, better, and more magical than ever!

With the original trailer running smoothly with employees and the build on the second trailer underway, it has finally allowed me some time to start focusing on the 2nd Annual Nutcracker Christmas Market! 🎄✨

We started accepting vendor applications back in March and have already received over 50 applications so far! We’ve officially gone through the first round of vendors and completed our first round of approvals.

If you applied, please keep an eye on your email for a message from Levi Holton… [email protected] with the subject line:

Please know that if you were not approved during this round, it is absolutely nothing personal. We simply filled certain vendor categories quickly, and to keep things fair, approvals were made in the order applications were received.

I will be reposting the vendor application later this evening, so if you haven’t applied yet and would still like the opportunity, keep an eye out for that post!

Little trailer #2 update so I can reflect back on it in the years to come 🤣

Out with the old tiny window and in with the new! The new AC mount has officially been fabricated, placed, and painted, (YALL that’s my 12 year old baby welding! Literally so proud!) and tomorrow we start painting the inside! After that it’s ceilings and floors!

Every day it’s looking a little more real and a little more like home. We are getting so close to making that Yulee Grand Opening post y’all! 👏🔥

It’s been awhile since I shared a recipe and today feels like the perfect day for it! ☀️🍓🍍

This is one of my family’s absolute favorites! It’s so simple to make and perfect for a hot summer day, cookout, or holiday gathering!

Now you can cut everything as big or as small as you like. Don’t like one of the fruits I used? Too easy — just swap it for one you do like! But here’s our favorite version:

✨ What you’ll need:

• 3 mandarin oranges
• Roughly 1 cup grapes
• 3 kiwi
• Roughly 2 cups strawberries
• 3 peaches
• Half a fresh pineapple
• 1 lime
• Honey

Set the lime and honey to the side, then dice up all your fruit. (I just peel the mandarins and toss the segments right in.) Throw everything into a large bowl with a lid. Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the fruit and drizzle in honey — as much or as little as you like. Toss it all together and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Fresh, healthy, colorful, and the perfect way to cool off by the pool! ☀️💦

My kids swear it tastes like a fresh version of Fruity Pebbles and honestly… they might be right! 😂 Y’all should definitely give it a try!
