We are looking for someone who has experience and knowledge with CCC One, working with DRP insurance programs, and I-Car experience as well. Must be Organized, Detail Oriented, Dependable, Knowledge of cars and able to work Monday through Friday
Job Description:
•Write estimates and help with daily shop operations.
•Greet customers, help make insurance claims, take photos for upload and approval.
•Be knowledgeable of major insurance companies and procedures.
•Prepare and submit warranty claims.
•Develop estimates by costing parts, supplies and labor.
•Prepares work orders by describing repair and replacement services required.
•Maintain contact with customer while vehicle is in the repair process.
•Reconcile and prepare invoicing.
Requirements:
•Previous estimator experience a plus
•Must have ability to prioritize work/tasks
•CCC One estimating a plus
•Required valid driver’s license and good driving record
•Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
•Willing to learn with a can-do attitude
Pay will be based off experience
