This is the southern Dallas fire chief, Dave Moore. He has been denying my owner’s request left and right. This is felony interference with a business. I don't have the funds to take him to court, so I'm just going to make everyone aware and post a video. This was an owner request. They called me directly after a motor vehicle accident.
