One of our customers had work done in Indiana barley made it to Texas his drive line fell after they just replaced the ujoint they didn’t tighten the carrier bearing. It ripped all his airlines and wires off damaged the fuel and air tanks this could have been a fatal accident. He called us so upset because the repairs were costly. I told him I got it no worries I called the shop who last touched as they are responsible to make this right. They payed for the tow to go to freight liner Houston and after my big speech of if this was fatal you guys would be held liable to involuntarily manslaughter which happens more then people realize. He should have his truck back soon without worrying about the repair cost. Glad we could help out even if it’s not with just repairs!
