T&B Auto Sales is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable Online Sales Person to join our team!

We specialize in work trucks and vans, and we’re looking for someone who is comfortable connecting with customers, generating new leads, and helping grow our online presence.

Job Responsibilities:
📞 Cold call potential customers and businesses
📧 Send sales and follow-up emails
💻 Respond to online leads and customer inquiries
📱 Create and post content across all social media platforms
💬 Engage with customers through social media, email, and phone
🚚 Promote our work truck and van inventory
🤝 Build relationships with new and existing customers
📋 Consistently follow up with leads and potential buyers
📈 Help generate new sales opportunities
🎨 Assist with creating digital marketing and sales content

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Friendly and confident on the phone
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
• Familiar with social media platforms
• Organized and able to manage and follow up with multiple leads
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools
• Willing and eager to learn new software and technology, including Canva, ChatGPT, and other sales and marketing tools
• Able to learn new systems and adapt as our online sales process grows
• Sales or social media experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is important!
