Customer called us on Saturday because their truck was in De-Rate. We found their DPF at 250% and a bad Ambient air temp sensor. We replaced the ambient air temp sensor and luckily the manual Regen cleared the DPF to 0%. This customer was able to make their run for the day 💪💪

2012 Nissan Murano in the shop for a Check engine light. After a smoke test we found rotted vacuum lines and a bad VIAS solenoid causing the light. All fixed and this customer is back on the road

Lack of quality control is going to cost your fleet MONEY and DOWNTIME!
This customer took their yard tractor to a "large corporate" repair center for some HVAC repairs. They broke the stud holding the blower motor on and put a self tapping screw behind it going into the A/C evaporator. The shop never mentioned they broke something, they just let it go back to the customer. The customer knew something fishy was up and decided to call us in for the first time
Long story short now, we got it fixed and working again. Another lifetime customer onboard.

Accidents happen, which is why we keep parts in stock for multiple trucks, trailers and equipment. New Wabash hinges and weather stripping and this customer was on their way. No need to unload the trailer and bring it in to the shop.
