Today was my first day driving with a welded diff, it's not that much different but the car feels way better (a lot louder too). Got a few pics here and there, got a pic of the 300zx next to the 300d

Does anybody local to me (Maplewood NJ) know of any good drift spots within driving distance where I can practice without getting arrested? Preferably for free.

The Z aka the Poorvette aka the Poorsche aka Dezdamona is finally back on the road! First was the new timing belt, water pump, and upgraded alternator. Then I got it back and hit it with the new thermostat, angle kit, 3 row radiator, dual 12 inch electric fans, and front wheels/tires plus an emissions delete which got this old girl running like she's brand new. Next step is a welded diff and I can start sliding so if anybody has a welder and will help me out of the kindness of their hearts hit me up!

Hard to believe this is the same car in both photos. It's come such a long way and there's so much more to do. Ditched the 19s and got some salad shooters from an 88 'vette. Replaced the crunched fender.
