We are deeply saddened by the recent passing of Tommy Wimberly, a friend, and fellow car enthusiast.
Services will be next Saturday, September 19th at Memorial Oaks Chapel at 1306 West Main Street, Brenham, Texas starting at 10:30 am.
After funeral services, we will do ride in his honor to Downtown Burton, Texas and park at the Texas Cotton Gin Pavilion to tell stories and visit with each other prior to heading to one of Tommy’s favorite places, The White Horse Tavern for lunch.
Tommy was a proud veteran and was passionate about classic cars. Every year, he played a huge part in organizing the Cotton Gin Classic Car Show in Burton, Texas, benefiting the Sons of The American Legion Post 242 in Burton. We encourage you to join us with your classic vehicle, as we honor the life of our friend, Tommy.
