Kyle Williams has dedicated more than three decades to the Manufactured Housing Industry, building a reputation as a trusted leader, innovator, and entrepreneur. He began his career in 1991 with Green Tree Financial Servicing Corp., where he was selected for the company’s highly competitive long-term management program. Over an eleven-year tenure, Kyle advanced through multiple leadership roles, m

anaging all facets of manufactured housing finance—including chattel financing and floor plan financing. His career culminated in his appointment as Regional Manager for North Texas and Oklahoma, overseeing a multi-state portfolio and establishing himself as one of the most respected leaders within the organization. In 2002, Kyle joined Affordable Residential Communities (ARC)—the largest manufactured housing REIT in the United States at the time. He successfully implemented a nationwide inventory database and was soon promoted to Senior Vice President, where he oversaw 85 communities, 400 employees, and operations across eight states. ARC grew to over 365 owned communities nationwide during his tenure, setting a standard in the affordable housing sector. Kyle was also part of the IPO team that took ARC public in 2003, marking one of the industry’s milestone achievements. Entrepreneurial Leadership
In 2005, Kyle & Kristi founded RGN Services Inc., a company focused on providing new and pre owned manufactured housing units to communities across multiple states. Under his leadership, RGN achieved immediate success, becoming the top seller of pre owned manufactured homes in Texas in 14 of the past 18 years. In 2018, Kyle and his family expanded their vision by establishing RGN Manufacturing Services, the first manufacturing model of its kind dedicated specifically to serving manufactured housing communities. The company was recognized for delivering higher-quality housing solutions tailored to community owners across the United States. In November 2024, the Williams family successfully completed the sale of RGN Manufacturing Services, marking another significant milestone in Kyle’s career. Personal Life
Kyle and his wife, Kristi Williams, have been married for 36 years and reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They are the proud parents of three grown children—after whom “RGN” is named—and the grandparents of two amazing granddaughters.

We’re excited to announce that the first 20 units are already on the ground, marking a major milestone in delivering scalable housing solutions for both construction crews and their families.
