The Ride Against Cancer Motorcycle Run, would like give a sincere thank you to all those who have been involved with our ride for the past 12 years. We will no longer be holding the ride and wanted to give our deepest gratitude to all those that contributed in any way. To the riders that attended, without you there would be no ride. Rain or shine, you were there. To the many establishments who hosted the stops for our rides, you all were wonderful and we appreciate all that you did to allow our riders a good time. To the many businesses and private donations we received over the years, your generosity was wonderful and very much appreciated. To all our family and friends that helped us organize our rides, keep our riders safe during the rides and helped raise money the day of our rides, we are forever grateful to you. To Carly Winscher for donating his auctioneer services each and every year, you were great and always there. To Nipper and her staff at the Canteen Bar & Grill for hosting the beginning and end of our rides every single year and allowing us to take over your bar for the day. You were wonderful beyond words and we appreciate all that you did to help make our rides a success.
Over the past 12 years, we have raised over $111,000.00 total, WOW! Past proceeds have went to many various things such as donating directly to local families struggling with this horrible disease, our local Morrison County Relay for Life, to the Same Day Services Department at St Gabriel’s Hospital and for the past 5 years it funded the Ride Against Cancer In Memory of Pat Copa Scholarship fund at the Little Falls Community High School.
Cancer is a horrible disease and affects many of us in so many different ways. We hope that we made a difference with our ride and will be forever grateful to you all.
