The Romin' Chariots Car Club has been helping Blue Cap since 1964. In the early days, the club did car washes and paper drives to raise funds. 2012 was the first year the club hosted a car show at Blue Cap. The first year was a handful of cars, and a couple hundred dollars was raised. Since then the show has grown to over 120 cars, and in total over $57,000 has been raised for the Blue Cap Special Olympics Team! And it would have never happened without your support. 100% of all money brought in goes directly to the organization. The $20 entry fee, the 50/50, the silent auctions and the Mac Tools tool raffle. Hey car friends!! We need your help!! Our good friend and fellow hot rodder Larry Lyerla's health is on the decline. One of his last wishes is to make it out to another cruise night, but unfortunately in his condition he is unable to. So.....let's bring the cruise night to him! Anyone with a classic car is invited. We will be street parking at his house. The neighbors are all on board. Help us bring an evening of joy to our dear friend.

This year's Romin' the Island Cap Party raised $8,378! Thank you to all that came out despite the gray sky and bought raffle tickets, 50/50, auction pieces and made donations. We couldn't do it without you! Since 2012, this show has raised $57,785!! You guys rock!
