A customer buys a vehicle because of all its incredible safety technology.

Then it gets into an accident.

The salesperson may not fully understand how those systems work. The repairer may not realize everything the OEM requires afterward. The adjuster may wonder why the repair suddenly requires scans and calibrations. And the customer wonders why fixing a bumper isn't as simple as it used to be.

Don't just say "it was required". Show why.

A calibration invoice shouldn't just say “calibration.” Lightning's files can include calibration certificates, VIN and mileage, vehicle and calibration photos, scans, OEM position statements, and repair procedures — sometimes totaling around 50 pages of supporting documentation.

Why? Because documentation changes the conversation from: “Why did you do this?” to “Here's exactly why this vehicle required it.”
